New EPF Message From Herbert!

Hello Penguins,
Today I was waddling around CP then a new message from Herbert came here is a picture of it.


If you cant read it it says "Hello, Error Prone Fumblers! Did you miss me? I see you've already met my latest reinvention Ultimate Protobot! Stay tuned theres more to come."

I think it is quite strange the way Herbert said there is more to come....
